We are a small and exciting arts organisation based in East London, we develop arts projects, events and content for a range of artists, organisations and areas across London and beyond.

We are looking for an enthusiastic young person to join our team The day-to-day work within this role will include:

  • Feeding into project plans and proposals
  • Providing Managing Director with PA support (diary management, meetings and notes)
  • Researching key locales and demographics
  • General administration duties
  • Attending meetings and minute taking
  • Working collaboratively on campaigns
  • Client projects and attending events
  • Organising performances and workshops.

Entry requirements:


  • Must not possess qualifications above level
  • Must not be in education or fulltime work
  • Be willing to commit to all elements of the traineeship
  • Be willing to commit to a 67 month programme

  • Competent with Microsoft software's
  • Strong organisational skills

  • They should be motivated and driven to achieve both personal and workrelated targets and deadlines, whilst utilising the opportunity to put forward own creative ideas in the workplace.
  • Ability to work well both in a team and independently whilst using own initiative in essential as this role carries a large amount of responsibility for a new starter.

Vocational Training

Work Preparation Training


Things to consider:


  • A traineeship is a programme consisting of a work placement, vocational training and work preparation training. You must be willing to commit to all elements of the programme. If you have not achieved your Maths/English GCSEs at grade 4 or above or Level 2 Functional Skills, you will study towards these qualifications during your traineeship.
