Description

Nordic Balance is a family-run health and fitness company with a gym in St James's (SW1) and multi-disciplinary injury clinics in Abbeville Village (SW4) and Wimbledon Village (SW19).

We are currently looking for an experienced (minimum 3 years) Sports Therapist with a BSc or MSc in Sports Therapy or Sports Rehabilitation to join our team, working in our clinics in SW4 and SW19.

You would need to have a proven track record of delivering high levels of patient care.

Specifically, we're looking for someone with long-term intentions who's looking to join a family-run growing company, with a very settled team.

You should be as comfortable providing sports massage as providing exercise-based rehabilitation. Ideally you should also be able to deliver either dry-needling and/or shockwave therapy (although this is not mandatory).

You'll be working alongside an experienced team of physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, podiatrists, and sports therapists, so experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team would be helpful.

So what's in it for you?

A starting rate of £27.50 per hour
£1000 per year per employee in a training fund
- to help you find and develop your passion.
Regular feedback and constant development.
A non-competitive work environment with a focus on shared learning between everyone.
