Are you a motivated individual with manufacturing experience looking to join a market leading manufacturing business based in Bristol?

We are looking for an existing Team Leader/Supervisor looking for their next opportunity

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, motivating and overseeing a team of production operatives to ensure schedules and targets are met within a safe and collaborative environment
  • Supporting the training and development of operatives within your team to enable them to progress within the business
  • Driving standards and quality across the production line to improve right first time and reduce issues and delays
  • Working closely with Operatives and leadership team to ensure all are aligned and communication flows both ways
  • Supporting process and quality improvements

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience within a manufacturing/production environment
  • Rolled out/implemented manufacturing processes
  • Previous people management
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Can do attitude happy to lead by example
