The opportunity has arisen to join London's leading Estate Agent as an Administration Assistant to support the Procurement & Facilities team.

Administration Assistant Duties:


  • General Procurement tasks
  • General Facilities tasks
  • Process approved purchase requests and raise associated purchase orders
  • Process and record supplier invoices promptly for payment
  • Build working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Respond to queries in a timely manner and keep accurate records
  • Liaise with contractors or suppliers as directed
  • Communicate with the team to ensure everyone is kept up to date
  • Manage electronic diaries
  • Record meeting minutes
  • Help cover other members of the team as and when required
  • Any ad hoc duties as required

Administration Assistant Profile:


  • Good organisational and time management skills, with ability to multitask
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivated and positive, with a 'cando' attitude
  • Strong team player, with a readiness to 'muck in' but with the ability to work independently, using own initiative when required
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Flexible, with a willingness to tackle a variety of duties and to learn new skills
  • Reliable and responsible with a friendly and approachable manner

Package:


  • Salary: £21,000 to £25,000
  • Location: West London
  • Grad-Entry Level
  • Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
