Role Description:
JUNE23E00- Administration Assistant Restart JD**
Location: Base Tipton


This role involves working in a busy, deadline driven environment on a payment by results contract, so it is essential that you can manage your time and prioritise your workload effectively in order to meet administrative deadlines.


As part of this role you will:

  • To work with Management and staff on the Restart programme to provide an administrative support function.
  • To ensure timely processing of data and documentation within contractual requirements, profile monitoring, data management, back up and tracking are conducted.
  • To be the face of the Restart program, meeting and greeting visitors to the center
  • To work with caseloads of participants, tracking activities and updating internal systems accurately.
  • Manage record keeping, update participant records, and to provide project support where necessary
  • To collate invoices, expenses and documentation to tally with monthly spend
  • To ensure that all documentation for referrals/expenditure is eligible and meets the funder's guidelines.
You must have proven experience of working within a busy, target driven, office environment. Experience of spreadsheets and Excel is essential. Driving licence preferred, but not essential.


A strong confident approach is required in this role as you will be liaising directly with senior managers, all project staff and participants.
