Multi Skilled Carpenter - TFM

£31,283.20 per annum

Our Norse Group TFM Division are a lead FM services provider across Norfolk, specialising in a range of Soft and Hard TFM services on behalf of behalf of Norfolk Community Health & Care NHS Trust.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join our experienced team in Norwich on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Multi Skilled Carpenter, you will carry out a full range of carpentry works across a wide range of NHS properties that include Patient Ward Areas, Outpatients & Clinical Departments, Health Centres, Offices etc.

This includes undertaking a range of carpentry and general maintenance tasks including but not limited to, wall tiling, glazing, fencing, plaster patching, painting as well as basic electrical and plumbing works.

You will also assist other trades as and when required.

When required, you will be expected to work as part of the On Call Team covering high priority work outside of normal working hours.

Experience of maintenance work within a commercial environment with knowledge of other trades would be advantageous.
General building maintenance experience (Basic plumbing, relamping and simple electrical issues)
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Able to work on your own initiative but will also be happy to work as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence to meet travelling requirements for the role
