An opportunity has arisen within the Estate Agency Franchising Division of LSL Property Services plc for an Receptionist Administrative Coordinator within the Service Delivery team of the Facilities Management Department.


As an Receptionist/Administrative Coordinator you will use your knowledge and skills to carry out Reception and admin duties with accuracy and to support the provision and delivery of services to colleagues.


Working as a Receptionist Administrative Coordinator, you will receive;
- a basic salary of £24,000

Responsibilities include:


  • Reception duties including greeting and directing visitors
  • Answering and redirecting incoming calls
  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing post, courier and stationery requests
  • Coordinating office maintenance issues, instructing third party contractors, managing the process around costs and ensuring repairs are completed.
  • Engaging with suppliers, ensuring services to office locations are provided in accordance with instructions and addressing service issues as they arise.
  • Managing colleague travel requests, booking travel, hotel, and hire cars.
  • Raising purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Reviewing supplier invoices on receipt and processing for authorisation prior to payment.
  • Assisting with General Health & Safety duties
  • Annual Legislative Maintenance Programmes, Accident/Hazard reporting and Fire and General Risk Assessments.
  • Mobile Phone ordering, billing and dealing with any queries

Key experience

  • Experience working within a busy department.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as alone.
