THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Event Administrator to join their highly social and supportive team to deliver a broad portfolio of virtual events, with end-to-end involvement.


The responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Providing end to end event planning support
  • Managing delegate registrations and enquiries
  • Dealing with key stakeholders including suppliers
  • Creating delegate and attendee packs and materials
  • Sourcing suppliers including venues and catering
  • Working closely with other members of the team
  • Supporting with event delivery onsite where necessary
  • Working across live and virtual events
  • Managing overall administrative duties for an event
