Our prestigious client who is a Bolton based company is expanding and is seeking 2 x full time permanent Sales Advisors.


As a Sales Advisor you will be working for a well-established company who are market leaders specializing in mis-sold investments and banking products.

Our client is a growing company who are looking to move into new and exciting areas giving you the opportunity to grow and develop your sales skills.


Office hours are:
Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm & Friday 9am - 5pm. ( 2 days a week will be 10am - 6pm)


MAIN DUTIES
-
Working within a call Centre environment
:


  • Making and receiving calls from qualified leads, upto calls per day.
  • Building a rapport with clients.
  • Advising clients on missold investments, pensions & management charges.
  • Explaining to clients about the claims process and procedure.
  • Talking to clients about the paperwork they receive and advising how to sign using the Signaway portal.
  • Effective case & time management.
  • Working towards sales targets, by using a scripted sales pitch.

PACKAGE & BENEFITS
- £23,000 Basic salary per annum

  • Uncapped commission with the average being £500 £1,500 per month, but uncapped.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer service/ Sales experience
  • Experience in a FCA regulated environment (not essential, but preferred.)
  • Team player.
  • Telephone experience.

£23,000.00 per year
