Elle and R Home Improvements is looking for a hard-working, motivated individual to join our team as our Handy Man.

This position is full-time or part time and is on a subcontracted basis, with a typical work schedule of Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

• Repair and perform labouring duties on all Elle and R Home Improvements projects.
• Assist with the refurbishment of Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms.
• Assist in the storage and maintenance of all tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to perform physical demands associated with the job, including but not limited to: regular lifting of at least 50 lbs., bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling and repetitive motions.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions in a standard format.
• Must be willing to learn and work as part of a team.
• Experience in domestic refurbishments preferred but not essential.
• Able to travel to different locations as and when required.
• Punctuality is paramount.
