Red Rock TM are currently working with several clients in and around the Birmingham area to recruit for Traffic Management Operatives.

We have immediate starts for Traffic Management Operatives with a TTMBC or above on both day shifts and night shifts.

Work is regular and on-going with the opportunity to be taken on full time by our clients on a temp-to-perm basis.

The role consists of but is not limited to:

Loading and Unloading Vehicles
General yard duties
Assisting in the implementation, maintenance and removal of Temporary Traffic Management Systems.
Setting out road closures, lane closures and diversions using signs, cones and barriers.
Carrying out Stop & Go jobs
Speaking with members of public and clients alike

To be eligible for this role you must:

Have a minimum of TTMBC or above (T1/T2, M2, M3, M5 also desirable)
Have a full UK driving licence
3.5T driving experience
Have no more than 6 points (No IN10, DD or DR codes to be accepted)
Be available to work early starts for days and between for nights.
Be flexible working weekends
Pass a drug and alcohol test prior to employment

There is work in various locations in and around Birmingham area.

Pay rate starts at £13.15 per hour and pay is weekly one week in arrears on a PAYE basis.

This role does offer progression routes with higher end operatives earning upwards of £1000 a week.
