General Maintenance Person

(Part Time/Full Time)

Knightstone Property Management Ltd manages a small portfolio of offices, private residential lets and serviced accommodation (AirBNB) in Weston-super-Mare. The company takes on start-to-finish refurbishments and ongoing maintenance of the properties.

We are now seeking a flexible all-round maintenance person, full or part time, to join our small team for this varied role, which includes;

  • Building maintenance
  • Gardening
  • Painting and decorating, tiling
  • Kitchen/bathroom refurbishment
  • Basic level plumbing/electrics
  • General handyperson activities
  • Delivery/collections
  • Clearance
  • Furniture/product assembly
  • Other roles as required

Hours:
Flexible, part or full time (occasionally out-of-office hours)

Driving licence essential


Salary:
Negotiable depending on hours and experience
