Contracts Manager - Soft Services

Cornwall
Start ASAP - Permanent contract


The Company:


  • Our client oversees a multimillionpound facilities management contract across Cornwall and is looking for a Contracts Manager to deliver their soft services. You will need to have previous experience of facilities management, specifically in soft services. _

Day to Day:

_Lead and management a team over multi-site locations_
_Lead a scheduling team, managing daily delivery_
_Weekly, monthly reporting on contract progress_
_Review contracts, drive KPIs in line with SLA_
_Maintain and develop the client relationship_
_Manage contractors and directly employed staff teams_


Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

_Experience in leading a soft service facility_
_Level 3 in management_
_IOSHH certified_
_Experienced people manager_
_Experience of using a CRM system_
_Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills_
_Good financial acumen_
_Full Driving licence_
