Description
We are looking for individuals capable of working in a fast-paced restaurant and pub environment.

We're looking for someone who can lead a small team in the management absence, aid with cellar management, stock control and banking

Experience is preferred but with the right attitude training can be provided

Hours are flexible but mostly evenings and weekends with more hours available in the summer


Responsibilities:


  • Serve food and/or drinks to diners.
  • Take food and beverage orders from customers.
  • Lead a small team
  • Set tables.
  • Cellar management
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and dining room.
  • Tend bar
  • Answer customers' questions about menu items.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 10-30 per week
