Water Hygiene Engineer

Bristol

£22,000-£28,000 + Benefits (DOE)
Our brilliant client who specialise in water hygiene now has a rewarding vacancy within their engineering team.

Since they were established over 20 years ago they have been fully committed to providing exceptional water hygiene and water treatment servicesacross the South West and Midlands.


A remarkable opportunity for a loyal and skilled Water Hygiene Engineer to join a friendly growing team which really care about their engineers and offer brilliant career opportunities and training to develop within.


Key Duties of a Water Hygiene Engineer:

  • Calorifier inspections & LTHW testing
  • Monitoring for the spread of Legionella
  • Installation and servicing of TMVs
  • Cold water storage tank cleans and chemical disinfections.
  • De scaling and disinfection of shower heads

Experience and Requirements of a Water Hygiene Engineer:

  • You must have a full UK driving license
  • You must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • You will benefit from a level 2 plumbing qualification
  • Good knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG274 is essential
  • You will need a great work ethic and be physically fit
  • A confined spaces certificate will be advantageous
