Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with special needs, including children with autism.
  • Assist in implementing educational and behavioral programs for individuals with special needs.
  • Support individuals in developing and improving their social, communication, and life skills.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for individuals under your care.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualised plans.
  • Monitor and document progress and behaviours of individuals in your care.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other team members.

Skills:


  • Experience working with children
  • Knowledge of special education principles and practices.
  • Ability to educate and support individuals with special needs.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, families, and team members.
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.

£100.00-£110.00 per day

  • Driving Licence (required)
