We invite you to join our laboratory, affiliated with Queen's University, School of Medicine and School of Computing, situated in the charming city of Kingston and associated with the Ontario Institute of Cancer Research in Toronto, Canada.

Our lab designs computational methods that integrate hypothesis
- and data-driven approaches, including machine learning/deep learning, molecular modelling and molecular dynamics simulations. We collaborate closely with experimental groups and develop integrative approaches that use experimental data to guide us in molecular modelling and simulations. This multi-faceted approach offers experimental leads for identifying disease mutations and genes in chromatin-related pathways.

The applicants should hold a PhD degree and have experience in molecular modelling, molecular dynamics simulations and/or bioinformatics, and machine learning.

The salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Applications will be accepted until the positions are filled. Please send Curriculum Vitae and the names of three references.
