Description
Our client are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.

You will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger functions efficiently, including processing invoices, bank reconciliations and credit notes.

This is a hybrid position.


As the Accounts Assistant your job role will entail:
Performing daily bank reconciliations to update cash flow
Processing invoices
Financial reporting
Put together suggested payment proposals
Ensure all expenses are dealt with
Maintain hard copies of files for the year
Entering data into a bespoke system
