HGV Category C Driver

Shift times:
Monday to Friday with potential evening and weekend overtime
5am, 6am and 7am starts
£15.26 per hour to £22.89 per hour

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Drive along specified routes, collecting refuse/recycling waste in a timely manner
Check routes for safety restrictions, planned road works and traffic to ensure your journey will be smooth and efficient
Complete paperwork, including the jobs you complete, and problems occurred
Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues to the workshop
Follow site rules and regulations, including the correct use of PPE.
Have flexibility and on occasions be a refuse loading operative where needed

Qualifications/Licences/Certifications

Category C driving licence
Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) card issued in the UK, and you must take your 35 hours of driver CPC training every five years to stay qualified
Valid Digitacho Card
