About the role:
New Growth Platforms is a start-up within the Hygiene BU, created with the objective to provide commercial products under the Reckitt Pro Solutions brand, as part of Global Business Solutions (GBS), and to rollout our consumer products to the under-served or unserved, as part of the Global Expansion Market (GEM).
As a Junior Associate in New Growth Platforms, you will be responsible for leading and advising on the technical aspect of products within the GEM Americas + Caribbean business.
You will support in the delivery of key projects and initiatives under the New Growth Platforms (NGP), growing your skills and building lasting relationships with world-renowned brands.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the compilation of technical data packages and complete testing to support new claims.
- Be a technical expert in projects, providing insight and making jargon digestible for nontechnical colleagues.
- Define, evaluate and take balanced risks within your projects.
- Be the R&D lead on NGP initiatives, working as part of crossfunctional NGP team to deliver exciting key projects (rollouts, new claims, demos, etc).
- Liaise with Marketing and Sales to expand your knowledge of their teams, as key internal collaborators.
The experience we're looking for:
- A degree in a scientific field, coupled with some industry experience in an R&D function.
- Capability to manage projects, large and small, with diligence and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills, capable of providing advice, best practise guidance and effective crosscultural communications.
- Experience working under pressure, prioritising quality while delivering on deadlines.
