ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Branded Drinks company:

Competitive salary plus bonus & benefits

Head office in Gloucestershire - Agile working pattern

The company

An opportunity to give your career the best possible start and join a fantastic FMCG organisation, with strong future development prospects in a hugely supportive environment.

Our client is a highly successful division of a major FMCG company operating across a number of diverse categories. The company has a broad portfolio of branded alcoholic and soft drinks. Still proudly privately owned and entrepreneurial, our client remains committed to strengthening its presence in the FMCG sector.

They are now looking to strengthen their sales team with the appointment of an Account Executive.

The role
Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, you will work as part of the Account Team to support SNAMs.

Your responsibilities will include daily/weekly reporting, management of agreed product specs, promotions, pricing and new listings within all key customers.

You will ensure customer systems are correct and confirm go-live of promotions on day 1, where applicable.

You will build relationships and develop contacts with appropriate customer supply chain and commercial personnel in order to have a wider customer facing contact matrix and build relationships at regional levels.

About you
Of graduate calibre, you have some practical account executive experience under your belt, ideally gained within an FMCG environment. You may be a Field Sales Executive, ready for that next career move up the ladder.

Ambitious recent graduates, in e.g., Business or Finance, with a year's placement experience in an FMCG company, will also be considered as our client offers an excellent training programme.

You possess good analytical skills, with a can-do attitude and excellent customer relationship building skills. You must be confident liaising across departments, both internal and external to the company. A strong level of competency in Microsoft Excel is preferable.
