Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented property administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position that requires proficiency in various administrative tasks and excellent organisational skills.


Duties:


  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Manage and organise files, documents, and correspondence
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Handle incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents
  • Utilise Google Suite and other office software for efficient workflow
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Experience:


  • Proven experience in an estate agency role
  • Proficiency in data entry & computerised systems
  • Familiarity with Google Suite & Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational & time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise tasks & meet deadlines
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
