Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented property administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position that requires proficiency in various administrative tasks and excellent organisational skills.
Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage and organise files, documents, and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents
- Utilise Google Suite and other office software for efficient workflow
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Experience:
- Proven experience in an estate agency role
- Proficiency in data entry & computerised systems
- Familiarity with Google Suite & Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise tasks & meet deadlines
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.

From £19,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (required)
