The Role
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor, respond and resolve support tickets via our helpdesk
- Remotely support users via Teams, Telephone, Remote support tools and face to face
- Creating/Deactivating user accounts
- Deploying kit according to company guidelines
- Intune MDM and Autopilot
- Outlook 365 Admin
- Active Directory
- Apple Business Manager
- Windows 10/1
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Citrix Environments
- Endpoint Management
Full training is provided to enable you to grow into the role and develop your existing skills, with CPD Support.
