We are seeking a
1st Line Support Technician

We are based in the City of London, close to Liverpool Street Station


The Role

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor, respond and resolve support tickets via our helpdesk
  • Remotely support users via Teams, Telephone, Remote support tools and face to face
  • Creating/Deactivating user accounts
  • Deploying kit according to company guidelines
  • Intune MDM and Autopilot
  • Outlook 365 Admin
  • Active Directory
  • Apple Business Manager


  • Windows 10/1

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Citrix Environments
  • Endpoint Management


Full training is provided to enable you to grow into the role and develop your existing skills, with CPD Support.

The role is based on a Hybrid environment, with a minimum of 3 days based in the office on a rota system
