Responsibilities:


  • Perform joinery tasks according to project requirements, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Complete the installation and fitting of internal and external doors, including UPVC and composite doors, as well as skirting boards, architraves, decking, and wall panelling.
  • Expertise in boxing in pipework and fitting gates.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, selfmotivation, and the ability to work independently, taking initiative to meet project deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth project coordination and successful completion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in joinery techniques and materials, continuously improving skills and knowledge.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of onsite joinery experience.
  • NVQ/Diploma L2 qualification in joinery.
  • Proficiency in fitting internal and external doors, skirting boards, architraves, decking, wall panelling, boxing in pipework, and gates.
  • Basic hand tools for joinery tasks.
  • Valid and clean UK driving license.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, demonstrating initiative and selfmotivation.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
