We're hiring an Account Coordinator to assist the Commercial team to promote effective cost control and encourage commercial performance.
***
In this role, you will support the Operational Team with administration processes, as well as wider administration across the account and to ensure the continual financial management and performance to KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
***-
Creating Purchase Orders*:

  • Ensure all GRN's are processed and queries followed up with Service Line Operational Leads*:

  • Processing invoices, chasing all Open Purchase Orders daily to get subcontractor/supplier invoices in and added to the system for processing*:
-
Escalations of issues with Supplier payments, invoices, and payment queries to Back/Front of House Payable departments*:


  • Resolve any queries that may arise through processing purchase invoices (investigation work and liaising with contract managers*:
-
Dealing with suppliers for late or outstanding Invoices and credit notes, etc*:


  • Support the Commercial team with PO cost management and Accruals/Prepayments*:
-
Liaise with the operations teams daily ensuring all PO's have been approved

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
***-
Ideally experience in Finance Admin or Contract Support Role*:

  • Experience interpreting financial information, quotes of project works*:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail*:
-
Ability to achieve deadlines, work under pressure and use own initiative*:


  • Advanced software skills
  • MS Office, Excel & Word.

Excel; Lookups, pivots working with data*:

Must be able to identify and resolve issues and challenges to meet and exceed the expectations of our client*:


  • Ideally previous experience in an administrative role in a technical, FM, building services or construction related industry*:

Educated to GCSE standard with at least 5 Grade C passes or above OR an NVQ qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT or equivalent*:


  • Excellent communication skills
