Our client is looking to recruit a
Hospital Engineer to join their established healthcare facility based in
Truro.

Focusing on providing the best healthcare in a clean, safe and welcoming environment, our client is excited to welcome new talent to their well-established team.

Reporting to the Senior Engineer, the purpose of the role will be to drive and support the delivery of maintenance services for the hospital including completing PPMs, compliance checks, liaising with contractors, first-line response to breakdowns and faultreporting.

Salary:
£35,894 to £42,228 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Hours:

Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday between 08:00 to 16:00, with some weekend and OOH call-outs on a rota basis.

City and Guilds qualification in relevant building management, engineering or facility services discipline (or equivalent).
Healthcare, or similar facilities maintenance experience ONC/BTEC in relevant building management, engineering or facility services discipline or equivalent
Core tradesman skills ideally in electrical, plumbing and/or heating services
Good written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business, including on call cover
Demonstrated Customer Service skills Demonstrated Computer skills (MS Office package)
