Description

This is a
hybrid role normally 1 day per week in the office, (Birmingham) with flexible working available. We support continuous development including those who wish to continue or begin their CIPD studies.

We are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor who can support and provide expert ER advice to the business, ensuring to enable a high-quality professional guidance on all types of ER issues, people policies, and formal processes.

Main duties include providing pragmatic case management support and advice on all employee relations issues, including (but not limited to) probation, performance development, disciplinary issues, grievance, sickness absence management, and other adhoc ER issues such as student termination meetings, flexible working requests, working time, occupational health, etc.

It is essential to have previous and proven experience of working within a relevant environment.
