Role overview:


  • A service that is about much more than offering young people a roof over their head. It's about giving them a safe and inclusive home and help to achieve their potential, transition into independent living, and engage in employment or education
  • You'll offer daytoday emotional and practical support to motivate and empower young people to gain independence and reach their full potential
  • You'll provide support and advice in line with support plans and as requested by the young person's keyworker, working collaboratively as part of a team who embrace differences and creative thinking

What do you need to be considered for this role?

  • The ability to engage and build strong relationships with young people while understanding the impacts of homelessness, domestic abuse and trauma
  • A forwardthinking attitude to crisis response
  • The ability to remain calm and collected in challenging and traumatic situations

Hours:
Part time 20 hours/week - based on a 3-week rolling rota, spread across days/evenings/weekends 5pm-10pm & 09:30am - 5pm shifts


Salary:
£10,895.43 per annum (£19,067 FTE)
