Are you a food industry professional with a passion for innovation and a track record of successfully developing and launching new products?

We are seeking an NPD Manager to join our team and lead the development of products and packaging from concept to launch.

As the NPD Manager, you will own the innovation process and facilitate internal ideas generation to create winning concepts and develop an NPD & EPD pipeline that meets our strategic and growth requirements.

You will also be responsible for managing theproduct brief for each project, ensuring that quality and cost targets are met and that production samples meet the agreed concept recipes.

You should be results-oriented, proactive, and have a strong bias for action, with a track record of problem solving and leading projects to successful results in the market.

A passion for food and an interest in Indian flavours is a plus.
