At SimplyBiz, our customer base is growing, and we are looking for an Adviser Services Product Administrator, based in our office in Huddersfield, to help us continue to provide exceptional support to the member firms who are currently using one-or-more of our support packages.


Full training will be provided for this role, offering you a great opportunity to advance your skills through professional, technical and customer service training, all while working in a fun and agile environment alongside a passionate, enthusiastic and customer focused team.

What you'll do

  • Lead online 1:1 software support sessions
  • Carry out testing on new software functionality
  • Look after the licencing for MyLearning and MyMarketing
  • Responsibility for keeping current members satisfied and delivering an exceptional service on a daytoday basis.
  • Operate on both a reactive and proactive basis to queries and resolve issues for existing and new members in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Full training will be provided, however you will be expected to work towards RO1 and RO2 or equivalent qualifications
  • Working knowledge of financial products and services experience within the Financial Services Industry would be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a good telephone manner, with both members and internal departments
  • Great customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain rapport, actively listen and interpret, understand needs and negotiate
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work to deadlines, take ownership and accountability for your own area, working to the teams' daily rota
  • Eagerness to learn and understand the company vision, as well as developing industry and competitor awareness
  • A good level of IT literacy including Microsoft 365 software, and ability to deliver effective web meetings and training sessions on an adhoc basis
  • Be a keen problemsolver with a positive, proactive approach
  • The ability to work under pressure and to specific targets
  • Be a natural teamplayer, with the flexibility to adjust to the needs of the team
