Job Summary

Join our vibrant people services team in this is a busy role providing comprehensive and high-quality administrative service.


In this role, you'll provide an efficient and responsive first line generalist support service for colleagues and managers across all areas of Brandon.

Enabling them to quickly negotiate matters of people management process or policy.


This is a full-time permanent role requiring you to work both from home and the head office at least two days per week.


About the role


As part of a flexible team, you'll provide advice and support to managers on people management issues including HR, Recruitment and Training.

You'll utilise the systems to proactively support managers with key responsibilities such as probation reviews and mandatory training reminders.

You'll manage the people services inbox and respond to queries as they arise. Prioritise escalations in order of urgency to ensure issues are handed over so cases / tickets can be closed.

You will provide first line triage and resolution support for HR systems queries and ensure that necessary system input is done to keep core HR data up to date.


About you


You'll have experience of working in an administrative role within a busy department, including the Microsoft Office Suite and are able to confidently use word, excel, outlook and MS Teams.

You will be able to prioritise your work, have a tactful, helpful and flexible approach. With the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle confidential people data in a professional manner. You'll have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

You'll have a willingness to develop a career and study towards CIPD level 3 or 5.

Successful applicants for this role will require a basic DBS check.
