Job Type:
Full-time (weekend and evening work is required from time to time).
As a Field Care Supervisor you will:
- Build and maintain great relationships with clients
- Keep in touch with clients and their families, undertaking Quality Assurance and Service Reviews, following up queries and working to ensure everything is 'just right' for clients and their families.
- Meet prospective clients to develop outcome focussed care plans to help our clients get the most out of life
- Be part of the out of hours On Call team additional allowance is paid for this.
- Have excellent keyboard skills and be able to type up care plans etc.
- Be confident in talking to a range of other professionals and get to really understand and be able to explain your client's needs.
- Update client care plans, audit activity logs and MAR sheets alerting Care Manager to any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Electronic System
- Maintain confidentiality at all times for all Home Instead Information, including client, caregiver & office data
Qualifications:
You are likely to have Health and Social Care QCF Level 2/3 or be willing to work towards this - and at least 1-2 years' experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care and companionship.
You will also have a passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
