About The Role:

***EKFB are seeking to recruit a Sub Agent with extensive Earthworks experience. As a Sub Agent you will need to assist with the construction strategy, this includes kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation such as Method Statements, Environmental and Quality Plans, Construction programmes, procurement and design deliverable schedules.


You will need to be able to liaise with the Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, materials and temporary works to carry out the activities to the required standards, programme and budget.

You will also need to manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of site and Section Engineers.


Assisting with the co-ordination of construction operations, ensuring they conform to the contract requirements and the required level of safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) is a key part of this role.


Assisting with the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans and contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations and cost control will also be your responsibility.


About You:

***Key Skills and Qualifications**:
  • HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent.
  • Must have experiences of working on either Structures, Highways, Utilities or Earthworks
  • Good team skills
