Recruitment Hunters are recruiting for aSenior Student Recruitment Consultant for their International HIGHER EDUCATION client based in Cambridge.
The company are looking for a graduate with experience in B2C Sales to be a
Senior Student Recruiter to upsell online educational courses.
The Senior Student Recruitment Consultant is responsible for international and domestic student recruitment with an emphasis on lead conversion using consultative sales methods.
Consultantswill be required to manage a pipeline of prospects, supporting them through the process from the point of enquiry through to becoming a student.
Main Responsibilities:
- SeniorStudent Recruitment Consultant ( Course Advising / Course Advisor )
Performance measures
- Achievement of annual sales targets and conversion rates.
- Level of customer service.
- Speed to contact.
- Number of leads contacted each day, week etc.
- Database maintenance.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- To work within and actively support admissions and quality practices of partner University.
- To participate in the annual Performance appraisal process.
- To ensure communications systems and practices support effective management arrangements and promote good relations with staff and applicants.
- To be responsible for your own continuing selfdevelopment.
- To undertake other duties not specifically stated above, which from time to time are necessary for the effective performance of the business without altering the nature or level of responsibility involved.

Strong Student Recruitment Experience(HIGHLY DESIRABLE)**- Excellent communication and

Senior Student Recruitment Consultant** role, is a permanent position based in Central Cambridge. Working Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30. The Salary will be between £27,000 - £38,000 DOE + £20,000 Bonus (Uncapped) (Targeted)+ Excellent benefits.
This role will be a Hybrid position out of Cambridge, 2days Office / 3days Remote, we have 3 roles available.
