Contract Scotland are working with a 5 star housebuilder to recruit a New Homes Sales Adviser to cover Aberdeenshire.

Key requirements of the role:

Experience of delivering sales in a service environment e.g. housebuilding retail, hospitality, banking, estate agency.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of products to match clients needs and wants.
Drive sales by providing a high level of customer engagement, building a strong rapport with potential clients and existing ones.
Encourages and supports people in the team, sharing knowledge and best practice.
Able to build relationships across functions, internally and externally.
Strong IT skills

Hours of work will be traditional Residential Sales hours, Thursday to Monday 10am5.30pm
