More about your role

Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative will work as part of the Corporate Facilities team to deliver reactive and planned maintenance works for all corporate commercial premises.

Assisting in the delivery of a client focused service alongside the Regional Facilities Manager, you will be based at our Grays Inn Road site in London however the role has a regional remit requiring regular travel to our sites with some overnight stay.

This position incorporates some out of hours working for both planned maintenance, reactive / emergency call outs.

This is a varied role that will include allocation of; reactive, planned workloads, responding to Mechanical, Electrical and Building Fabric matters, along with assisting in carrying out compliance checks, lifecycle maintenance, minor electrical & plumbingworks and project support.
