Administrator / Sales Administrator

Our client based in Rugby is currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their expanding team. This position has become available due to the continuous growth of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long term stable position.

Temporary to Permanent

You will be:

  • Answering queries from prospective and existing customers
  • Processing new sales leads, check and process orders
  • Maintaining and updating customer records
  • Tracking orders, confirm lead times and investigating shipping queries
  • Performing data entry duties with regards to sales figures, and other key data
  • Working closely with marketing team on defining customer list for communication
  • Supporting the sales team with quotation packs and partnership agreements.
  • Providing data and reports to support the sales management and teams

Required skills:

  • Good customer care skills, proactivity
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Excellent computer skills (good knowledge of Microsoft suite, intermediate to advance level of excel)
  • Knowledge of CRM principles
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
