Cartier - Client Service Administrator, Harrods
(permanent, full time)
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- You will be responsible for Cartier Client service rules & policies implementation
- Client & notification management will be one of your key responsibilities. This will include recording client data accurately, follow up of repair requests, quality control of repairs, archiving closed queries
- You will create, send and comment the estimate costs of repairs
- You will be the main point of contact for clients, for all matters related to aftersales
- You will also perform inventories of spare parts and accessories, also you will manage requests for new material
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Client serviceoriented, with experience in administrative role within the Luxury industry
- Clientfocused, business acumen, strong solution driver
- Proactive and positive attitude towards colleagues and clients, including driving sales
- Emphasis on details, organization and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Interpersonal skills, empathy, selfconfidence, integrity, resilience and composure, commitment, discernment
