Protec Group Limited is a specialist manufacturer and supplier in Tachbrook, we are driven by our relentless mission to think bigger, create better and innovate more.
Your main role will be to support the Sales Team and ensure that all new project documents are populated accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Customer & Supplier Databases are monitored and updated with relevant contact information.
- Keep up to date with daily updates of quotes.
- Booking Couriers and updating Shipment Tracker.
- Populate sales quoting document (RMQ)
- Project Tracking Sheet (PTS) to be updated with new enquiries & kept up to date.
- Assist in Project meetings with Project Manager.
- Offer suggestions for continuous improvement to project management software and procedures.
- General office duties as required in a small, dynamic open office environment.
- Report to Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations.
- Ensure the promotion of customer focus
- Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained
Skills
- Strong organization skills
- Good manner, reliable and have a great cando work attitude.
- Someone that is highly adaptable and a quick learner.
- Strong computer skills.
Experience
Some of experience in office based administration preferable.
Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tachbrook: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
