Within the Human Resources function, our professionals bring expertise to a number of different areas.
We partner with business leaders to attract, develop and retain outstanding talent and play a key role in implementing our company's global strategy.
Our responsibilities include talent planning, guiding employee engagement, developing and mentoring our leaders, and providing tools, analytics and expertise to our entire organization.
What will you do?
This internship offers hands-on experience in a variety of areas including: leadership development, data analytics, process improvement, project management and general HR support.
In this role you will help implement and continue to develop our Internship program and build out our Leadership Development Programs.
Who will you work with?
This role reports into the EMEA HRBP team and works closely with the Talent Acquisition / Talent Management team and business leaders across the organization.
Role Highlights:
- Complete weekly and quarterly data analysis, metrics, reporting and scorecards
- Assist recruiting and university relations teams with analytics, interview scheduling, and new hire onboarding
- Act as an ambassador for Early Careers and Employer Branding both internally and externally
- Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Team members to identify a pipeline of roles for potential conversion placements in alignment with the business growth plan
How will you get here?
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree
_Preferred Majors:
_ Human Resources, Business with a HR concentration, or similar degree
- 0+ years of experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to navigate multiple reporting systems and tools
- Proficient digital literacy within MS Office Suite
- Confident presenting to small and large groups
