Team Overview
The KKS Savills team is formed of approximately 30 people working in a studio office environment.

Focusing on workplace strategy, development and design our team is creative, commercial and dedicated to producing outstanding work for our clients in order toimprove their workplaces, efficiencies and employee experience.

Role Overview


Working directly with the Director's, you will be at the centre of the business, translating our thought leadership and USP into a graphic language that represents our brand and design innovation.**Key Responsibilities**- Ownership & design development of all graphics collateral - leading on the creation of templated and bespoke collateral for all service lines.


  • Understanding service lines such that our data and collateral supports key themes, messages, research, thought leadership etc.
  • Producing outstanding documentation in InDesign
  • Produce RFP documents in InDesign. Work with teams to gain projectspecific text written and ensure deadlines are met. Create new graphic design collateral to support RFP documentation
  • Create presentations (mainly in Indesign, but sometimes in Powerpoint) to support speaking events and delivery of KKS Savills thought leadership research. Develop the structure, content and collateral for the presentations, along with speaker note. Work withDirectors and senior researchers, to craft a narrative for roadshows, CPDs or 'Ted' type talks.
  • Create case studies for projects and ensure the team's CVs and company standard information is kept up to date.
  • Create and manage a library of standard answers for RFPs and keep template content up to date in line with branding.
  • Ensure image library is up to date
  • Create promo packs/capability statements/introduction documents/business presentations as and when requested. Keep promo pack template content up to date.
  • Be brand champion and custodian. Continue the development of the KKS Savills brand, combining both the essence of KKS legacy with Savills super brand. Be custodian of the brand, creating guidelines for use and ensuring all KKS Savills presentation documentationcomplies to those guidelines.
  • Be the brand and graphics guardian of the KKS Savills website, working with our external website developer and KKS Savills marketing assistant, to ensure our online profile is contemporary, engaging and stylish.
  • Support fee earning working by providing graphic input for remits such the production of wayfinding graphics, info graphics for reports, project environmental graphics and artwork, project presentation collateral and development report graphic standards.
  • Provide ideas, advice and guidance re strategic improvements for our collateral eg embedding 3D, dynamic and animated collateral.
  • Copy writing where appropriate, or managing external copy writers commissioned for specific outputs.
  • Create and manage production of the KKS Savills brochure an annual brochure, produced for print and digital, showcasing our fitout projects completed each year.
  • Produce graphic collateral for events such as branded gifts, brochures, invitations, takeaways etc.
  • Producing assets for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Be a conduit between KKS Savills and all key Savills creative teams e.g PR, Marketing, Social Media, Bids & Pitches and Savills website manager.
  • Run the KKS Savills social media accounts, creating and posting content weekly, on LinkedIn and Instagram. Liaise with Savills Social Media team and monitor traffic through social media accounts. Headup the KKS Savills social media group, a group of 34individuals from the studio, who have an interest in curating the KKS Savills social media posts.
  • Organise and manage photography of completed fitout projects.
  • Take responsibility for managing award submissions, including sourcing a copywriter (or producing copy yourself), along with graphic production of awards submission.

Key Skills
Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in graphic design
  • Proven ability to generate highquality InDesign documentation with creativity, flair and commercial awareness linked to client (bid/pitch) requirements
  • Copywriting experience is advantageous
  • Used to liaising with a variety of departments to ensure strategy is clear and realised and that content is consistent with brand and messaging
  • Supported on feeearning and business development initiatives
  • Some marketing experience would be advantageous, or a willingness to expand skill set in this area
Technical experience

  • InDesign (Advanced)
  • Powerpoint (Advanced)
  • Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Wordpress / website administration
  • Microsoft Office packages, social media experience
  • Graphic Design Qualifications
