A reputable Legal 500 law firm is looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and successful Real Estate team at Senior Associate level.

The Opportunity:

Take responsibility for your own varied portfolio of commercial real estate transactions, with a specific focus on strategic land and development work.
Enjoy significant client contact and demonstrate your passion for understanding client's businesses to deliver exceptional standards of work.
Deal with a range of matters including, but not limited to, acquisitions and disposals of land for development, acquisitions of development sites, prelet documentation for new developments, and estate and farm sales and purchases.
Supervise junior members of team and become an integral member of the collaborative and supportive real estate team.

You will have:

6+ years' PQE and a relevant background within a reputable specialist commercial property team.
Excellent experience and technical knowledge of commercial development work, commercial sales and purchases and some corporate and banking support experience.
Experience of acting for a variety of developer clients and landed estate owners.
Ability to confidently run matters independently, knowing when to escalate matters to Partners.
Strong commercial acumen with an interest and ability in business development activities.
