    About the role


Our Client Service division is the project facilitation and expansion function here at Venquis - f rom facilitating client deliverables and defining transparent project objectives to increasing client revenue opportunity.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our solution whilst obtaining high client satisfaction and driving business development opportunities.

Your focus is to execute, expand and develop.

**Responsibilities

**Execute: - Meet and pitch the Venquis project delivery solution to new and existing clients

  • Understand client roadmaps, define objectives, gather requirements, identify challenges and needs to create real time delivery solutions
  • Account manage mid to large scale client projects
  • Designing roadmaps to facilitate fluid delivery of projects working as a trusted advisor to support execution and further increase client revenue opportunities
  • Dedicated, on site point of contact for all project enquiries to ensure visibility and communication for our clients
  • Stakeholder management and engagement with HR and hiring managers to maintain influence throughout the project lifecycle

Expand:


  • Strong commercial awareness to identify new opportunities for growth with the ability to upsell on the original project win
  • Understanding of the Venquis product suite to maximise client order
  • Partner with Sales to utilise your 'on the ground' knowledge to impact more revenue making opportunities

Develop:


  • Super User and Product Owner of our SSAM Platform, enabling us to streamline our services and create transparent solutions for clients
  • Assisting in the build of the Venquis Product suite
  • Be a valuable part of the Venquis cycle, proactively bringing innovative ideas into the function develop our offering and support surrounding teams

Measurements

  • Delivery of the project within the agreed timescale
  • Client feedback
  • Profitability of programme
  • Add on sales
