Description

Fox Morris Group are currently working to recruit a
Property Licensing Officer. This is a
full-time role, on a
3-6 month+ contract.

Rate:
£20-£25.00 per hour (negotiable dependant on experience)


Hours:35 per week

  • Be professionally qualified as either a registered, chartered EHP or have significant experience in inspecting privately rented properties and providing followup enforcement action.

Main role responsibility

  • Assist to tackle the back log of property licensing inspections.
