Assessment centres for this vacancy will be run on the 14th March (Manchester) so please ensure you are provisionally available to attend.
The Apprenticeship Programme in Recruitment Operations:
The team in Recruitment Operations are responsible for recruiting all Financial Advisers into the business.
The team support these advisers at all stages; from Initial contact, all the way through to setting up their own business.
This role is focused on building relationships and communicating with new Financial Advisers and stakeholders within the business. There will be rotations around 3 key areas including the Relationships team, Onboarding team and Support team.This apprenticeship creates a pathway into a specialized role after gaining experience within the central operations hub. We want to support you with finding your role preferences and where your skill set may lie.
This role will also provide you with the opportunity to work towards a professional qualification such as the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or the Financial Services Administrator qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support on operations: booking travel, diary management and
- Supporting managers within the business
- Data uploading to key SJP systems (eg SalesForce)
- Event administration, communication with recruits, offer letters and documentation
- Producing data for managers (management information) as well as an element of data analysis

seamless recruitment experience as possible. This role ensures Partners and Advisers have the
best chance of successfully joining SJP.

Special Requirements:
We operate a hybrid working approach, with an expectation to attend the office on a regular basis.
There will be occasional travel involved to other SJP offices.
