Meridian require Garden Maintenance Foreman to join an award-winning landscape design company, ideally based within the M25.


Up to £32,000 + profit share + 23 days paid annual leave + 8 bank holidays + continuous training + career progression opportunities.

Our clients projects are based in and around the M25 and across the Home Counties.

Our client design, build and tend landscapes for private individuals, businesses, and organisations across the UK and beyond.

Working closely with design and horticulture professionals, their build teams are a cornerstone and known for their extensive training and professional approach.

Responsibilities will include:


Help manage garden maintenance for an exciting mix of landscapes - from small gardens, to city courtyards, modern roof terraces and large country gardens.

Diagnose and treat problems in plants and keep disease under control.
Work with garden irrigation systems.
Liaise with clients - listening to their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Work efficiently to tight deadlines, whilst keeping to health and safety and quality procedures
Skills Required

At least 3 years of experience in gardening, with 2 of those in a team leader or foreman role

Strong communication skills - as you'll need to provide great customer service, as well as being able to listen and effectively communicate with clients, staff and managers.

Be able to effectively manage a team
Qualified to at least Level 3 or equivalent (eg. RHS National Diploma etc.)
Have PA1 / PA6
Be able to use a range of small machinery
Full clean driving license, with experience in van driving.
