Administrator - Estate Agent in Romford/Hybrid
Knowledge of the property selling process is essential
Sales Progression or Estate Agency Experience would be a bonus
£13+ per hour + commission - flexible working hours
This role could suit a parent with children in school

- Knowledge of the sales process
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Confident in liaising with other sectors
Sales Progressor duties:
- Progressing all agreed sales through to completion
- Liaising with agents, mortgage brokers and solicitors
- Liasing with vendors and buyers
- Updating and maintaining running sales files
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Pay:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
