Description

Are you a Support Worker experienced within Mental Health? Do you have experience supporting women with challenging behaviours and complex mental health needs? We are currently looking for confident and adaptable individuals to support our team of support workers and nurses.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our clients care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all

We have shifts available on an ongoing basis, both Long Days and Nights so we are able to work around your current schedule and commitments.

Salary:
£11.70-£12.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cambridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Healthcare: 1 year (preferred)
Support Work: 1 year (preferred)
