Part Time Recruitment Consultant, around 20 hours a week. £24k - £28k Pro rata.

Hybrid. 1-3 visits to the York Office per quarter

Having developed longstanding relationships with a variety of local and national organisations, the majority of my clients are repeat customers who value the services Pearl Recruitment provides.

The Role

I am looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, to work on a part time basis, who has a passion for business development and a proven track record of winning new clients.

As an independent business I am looking for someone with commitment and enthusiasm as you will play an active role in shaping the sales process and the strategic direction of the company.

The vision is to continued growth of the recruitment team and support functions, and you will be an integral part of Pearl Recruitment's growth.

You will have at least 2 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant who has a successful track record of business development, but above all has a passion for it.

Experience in contact centre, customer service, sales and office support are desirable but not essential.

The role is for 20 hours a week, this is flexible along your working days. I am flexible to suit your personal commitments. There may be the possibility to go full time in the future if you wish

This is a hybrid position with occasional travel to the York office approximately 1-3 times per quarter.

Benefits:

- £24,000 - £28,000 starting salary. Negotiable depending on experience (Pro-rata)
