Customer Service Adviser - Dumfries
£20,000 - £23,000

Are you interested in a career working in insurance? NFU Mutual's Agency in Dumfries is recruiting for a full time Customer Service Adviser to join our growing and successful team.

About the role:


  • Handle general customer enquiries, policy alterations and renewals, with a focus on personal products such as home and car insurance
  • Pro-Actively establish new sales opportunities
  • Introduce NFU Mutual Financial Services to new and existing customers
  • Assist with day to day office administration processes.

What we're looking for:


  • Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients
  • A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual
  • Someone who shows initiative and has a "can do" attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities
  • Sales and/or customer service experience is desirable however; insurance experience is not essential.
